| MY THEORY HOLDS TRUE (REFER TO OCT 19 entry):
Hair dresser to Britney: "Is it about getting rid of the old?"
(Deranged) Britney Spears: "Yes"
It's not even a big deal.

| "No, it's not OK to play with your vulva in the grocery store"
I love Judith Reitan and her Human Sexuality class.

| Relationships are quite the interesting thing. When your friends are in a relationship, it can be even more interesting. More often than not, I feel like its not my place to express my feelings to a friend about their significant other. I figure, if they're happy then I should be happy for them. You don't necessary need to like your friend's boyfriend or girlfriend to be happy for them, right?
But where do you draw the line?
If you see your friend happy but realize that his girlfriend/her boyfriend is totally disrespectful, rude, obscene, immature, unmotivated, and socially inept do you say something? What if you know they can do so much better? do you have any right to say anything?
If you can't stand being in the same room as that other person, and you sacrifice spending time with your friend, is it then OK to say how you feel?
It may be difficult to realize at first, but oftentimes being a friend can be much more difficult than being a boyfriend/girlfriend. You're never really obligated to let a friend know exactly what you feel if you think they may take it the wrong way.
So out of respect for you, my friend, I'll keep my mouth shut.

| It seems the entire world needs to register for the MCAT because the site is completely jammed. If that's not hot, I'm not sure what is.
Anyway, how is this next case for practicality? Right before taking the final exam, my MCB 123 professor announces:
"If you would like your grade, please email me some time next week. I should have the tests graded by then"
That was probably the single most idiotic thing the teacher could have possibly done. Why you ask? How does this affect me? Well, this professor actually ended up MESSING UP MY GRADE. Did he realize his mistake, you ask? No, of course not. Since I e-mailed him to politely point out that he someone (HIM!) had miscalculated my grade and he never responded, I gave him a call to which he promptly replied:
"I am swamped by e-mails right now"
Whose fault is that? Surely, not mine. Should I get a lower grade because of your bad? Hellz naw, foo (hah).
Luckily, he finally realized it and is going to change the grade. Lesson: If you question your grade, even if the teacher makes no sense, FIND OUT! Maybe you might have gotten screwed.
